Thanksgiving was great and all, but Friday was awesome! Black Friday the day when some people get crazy with shopping and spending money, but others would rather spend time with their horses and friends. The Third annual Black Friday ride at Branched Oak was a beautiful day with fluffy white clouds, almost no wind and temps in the high 50's! Perfect. We rode about 8 miles and when we got back to the trailers we had chili and cinnamon rolls. Yummmmm. I hope ya'll got a chance to spend time with your horses this Thanksgiving weekend, as we are all thankful we have our 4 legged friends and 2 legged friends.
Though I couldn't ride on Friday, both Saturday and Sunday had hours devoted to time on my horse. I would love to be able to ride every single day in December, ending 2013 on a superbly excellent note! :) Team Owen 95
